The contribution of school sports to improving communication skills and its relationship to social shyness among secondary school students

The study aimed to reveal the contribution of sports to improving communication skills and their relationship to social shyness. The descriptive approach was adopted, sample available (138) divided into 3g (M1 = M2 = M3 = 46). The communication skills scale and the social shyness scale. The study concluded: There is a moderate inverse relationship. Between communication skills and social shyness in the three groups, there are differences between (M1 and M 2), (M1 and M 3), and there are no differences between (M2 and M3). We conclude that practicing physical education and sports class contributes to the development of communication skills, and reduces Degree of social shyness.
