the impact of the recreational sport program that influences and improves man’s physical attributes elderly from (50-65 years old)

The aim of this study is to know the influence of the recreational sport program which is suggested for the sport attributes practices especially for old people aged (50-65 years old). We try through this study to show the importance of the old people category. By motivating them via practicing sports activities in their spare-time it’s useful in keeping one-self physical fitness. Are searcher claimed that the recreational sport program has a positive influence by imparting old people (50-65 years old) physical attributes. This category of research includes twenty sport-applicants divided into two group category of one of the « control group » and the
other is for « experimental group » By applying the recreational sport program which was suggested during four months for the experimental contains three les sons in week. Each lesson remains 60 minutes. At the end of the research, the researcher recognized that the recreational sport program that was suggested has a positive impact on the sport attributes, for old aged
people in the experimental group. But the « control group » which relied on the free sport activities has a limited improvement (for sport attributes).
