Abstract

The sport has taken such an importance in the modern era to the point that it is considered as one of the parameters that allow you to measure the progress and the development of some countries. It is imposed by its positive impact on individuals: men, women, young people, adults, sick, and in good health. A domain that some experts characterize him as both as a science and an art, while
others define it as a set of complementary services that answers to the mechanisms of specific work aimed very specific objectives and goals expected.
Sport as a vast and fertile domain, which covers different activities and sports event, enables every individual to flourish and to develop its capabilities and its potential. On the one hand the professional sport for the elites, the sport of recreation for everyone, the handisport for the disabled, the therapy through the sport for the physiotherapists and finally the physical education and sport for the school.
This fact raises the following question: "What are the reality and the impact of employment and the use of means and sports infrastructures and its effectiveness  to achieve the objectives set by the physical education and sports in middle
education in Mostaganem? »
To lead this study the researcher has used the descriptive method and investigation through a questionnaire sent to EPS professors (164), and another questionnaire to pupils of the third level (14-15) years (450)
