The problem appears evident during the competition when combatant done more efforts and gives energy to perform a certain skills like TSUKI or MAWASHI, since he can be up to his opponent strongly with physical ability, but he failed to finish the movement properly, so there are shortcoming in the final phase of the movement, which is the injury of an opponent and won points.The majority of KARATE skills need certain degree of agility and neuromuscular compatibility and enough ability to save body balance in
particular situation during the beating, as results of some researches and studies have agreed that the ability of the muscle is a fundamental factor for the development of motor’s performance, because of its significant link and impact with other physical capabilities related to performance such as fitness and balance.
These exercises contribute to the equivalent growth for all parts of the body, especially regarding the balance and powers of combatant and his agility when performing combat’s skills, as boxing, kicking with a large coordination. And this could not happen except by special train to develop agility and balance to develop muscular and skills work in KARATE, with means, equipment and
special tools for youth category
