Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the role of management information systems in improving functional performance in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Chlef town, and for this purpose we used the descriptive approach on a sample of (110) employees, chosen randomly. The study concluded that there is a positive and significant impact relationship of management information systems on improving the functional performance of employees at the level of the directorate, and on this basis the study recommended the necessity of continuous development and updating of management information systems used in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Chlef town to match the changes and Recent technological developments
