Abstract

Through this study, we tried to become familiar with the issue of obstacles to the application of total quality management in the Directorate of Youth and Sports from the point of view of Souk Ahras. The research sample consisted of 27 male and female workers and employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports, Souk Ahras. We used the descriptive analytical method based on the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The most important results reached through this study were the existence of organizational obstacles, administrative obstacles, human obstacles, and financial obstacles that prevent the application of total quality management in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Souk Ahras
