The effect of developing anaerobic endurance on the performance level for 800- meter runners

The study aims to identify the impact of a training program proposed to develop anaerobic endurance on the physical performance of 800-meter runners.
For this, we having already been used an experimental approach on a sample of 09 runners belonging to the CAAT club aged 18 to 19, in addition to 06 runners heighly trained . We applied pre-tests, after 08 weeks of training the training program, we re-examined the post-tests, and the results of the post-test showed that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the post-test , which means that the applied training program had a positive impact on the numerical achievement level of the runners
