Quality of students’ cognitive academic achievement during Covid 19 after the application of distance education technology. Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities in Laghouat as a model.

The study aims to identify the reality of distance education technology using the Moodle platform by students of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities and its relationship to the quality of achievement during the Covid 19, for this purpose, we used the descriptive method. On a sample composed of 26 teacher Chosen as intended sample, and for data collection, we used a questionnaire. After collecting the results and having treated them statistically, we conclude that the students had Weak interaction towards the use of the Moodle platform which had weak direct relationship with the quality of achievement. On this basis, the study recommended to find solutions in order to develop using technology in university education
