Abstract

The organization of training of top players in the Algerian professional football goes through several stages, and the fragility of the level of Algerian footballers is visible. The objective of the study is to want to know the route of the high-level football training to help its regulation. This research was conducted between November 2012 until the end of May 2013. The spatial field of study is the Algerian professional clubs, where a questionnaire was sent to managers of the first league clubs. By using the descriptive method we got the following results: The route must footballers passed through several stages since the training is one of the main vectors of development for clubs. Indeed, the new regulations forced the leaders to train players in order to make high-level professionals.
The Algerian clubs have aging speakers and maladaptive playgrounds in modern football.
