Which perceptions and apply our Algerian coaches in the basic sport orientation?

Abstract

This research is aimed at the acknowledgement of the issue of systematic basic orientation to those talented young in the Algerian football. The problematic here is to see how trainers are conscious and aware of the needs of the elementary guidance through their views and views of some activity in the domain of training football. Our sample has been composed of 90 coaches
from clubs of the west and the centre of Algeria. Tested by survey been divided into three axes. Based on the statistical treatment we found that:
-All participants confirmed the importance of theoretically basic orientation of
the youth soccer.
-All participants confined the use of traditional tools in basic orientation.
