Organizational climate and its relation to the Professional compatibility of the employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Yemen

Abstract :
The study aims at figuring out the organizational climate and its relation to the Professional compatibility among the staff of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Republic of Yemen. The researcher used the descriptive methodology, for it suits this study ,The research sample consisted of 48 employees in the public departments of the Ministry of Youth and Sports ,And applied the scale of organizational climate and professional compatibility and this after the confirmation of charity and stability has been reached the following results: There is a direct link between the organizational climate and professional compatibility among the staff of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Republic of Yemen and there are no discrepancies among the staff of the Ministry according to personal variables (age, gender, educational level, and professional experience). In light of the results concluded, the researcher recommended the following : Designing administrative training programs for all staff in light of the of work requirements and job descriptions - Salaries must comply with the educational rank held by the staff - Promotion has to be according to certificates and experience, not on nepotism or favoritism - Listening to development suggestions proposed by the staff and tackling them in a serious manner.
