Abstract

Abstract: this study aims to know the effectiveness of academic football school in the activation of talent discovers in the west of Algeria by using the descriptive method thrush a sample consists of (48)football coach takes a responsibility of the emerged player category, to acheare this goal, the search staff use a (questionnaire), to do a survey, concerning the important co of this sort of school, at least they conclude that the absence of the academic football school on the level of each club school makes the emerged talent discovers more difficult and complicated. so, we recommend of the necessity of its foundation which improve the opportunities for success.
