Abstract

This study aims to identify the formative programs in the Youth and Sports Directorate of the mandate of Adrar and its role in improving the organizational behavior of individuals working in the sports institutions, To adopt policies that promote the positive aspects and correct the negative aspects, and raise the morale of the employees and maintain their mental health and develop their abilities and develop their skills, knowledge, and expertise, and changes in behavior and attitudes in order to do their jobs. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive method, a random sample number reached 45 employees Directorate of Youth and Sports of the mandate of the Adrar - Algeria - As applied to them Organizational Behavior Scale, and reached based on these programs is determined by improved worker behavior once was good, medium or low level, depending on several external factors
include the effects of the external environment, such as climate work and relationship with colleagues and superiors, equipment and appropriate extent of the workplace, and internal factors, including the capabilities and skills of the
employee and the aptitudes and trends toward work, and these factors are largely connected with the formative elements of the program. In light of the search results researcher recommends further studies and research in this area that would adjust and improve the personnel behavior of
sports institutions.
