Abstract

The Object of the study aims to find out the effect of Between two programs' small sided games(6v6) and (3v3) In developing the maximum aerobic speed soccer players have a category under 17 years old In addition to the comparison between the two methods
For this purpose, we used the experimental method. On a sample of 18 players, was chosen deliberately, To collect the data, we conducted the pre-test that follows the application of the program The sports training program designed by the researcher and then finished it with a procedure The post test, and after collecting the results and analyzing them statistically, it was reached
The training in the two programs with small sided games has the same effect, that is, they contribute to the development of the maximum aerobic speed
