This study aimed to know the efficacy of training programs in maintaining the physical fitness of soccer players in the Republic of Yemen according to situational variables. This is done by applying short-short cross-training and studying its effect on the physical variables (Strength characterized by speed, transitional speed, endurance, flexibility) to maintain the fitness of soccer players. After defining the main population of the study, which is Ibb Youth Club under 17 years of age, consisting of 17 players, the researcher used the experimental method with the experimental design in one group, using the pre and post measurements, in order to suit the nature of the study procedures. The researcher conducted a homogeneity between the sample members concerning the basic variables (age – height – weight), to determine the most appropriate physical tests, the duration of the training program, the number of training units per week and the time of the training unit. The researcher assumed that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre and post measurements in the physical variables. Such differences are in favor of the mean of post measurements of soccer players under 17 years old
