Abstract

The Object of the study aims to identify The level of organizational culture among the heads and director of the Sports Institute in the state of Djelfa from the point of view of the faculty members, for this purpose, we used the method descriptive analytical On a sample composed of 52 Professor Chosen as intentional, and for data collection, we used a tool organizational culture scale After collecting the results and having treated them statistically, we conclude That the level of organizational culture of the administrative staff of the institute is low, and that there are differences in the level of organizational culture due to the variables of experience and academic degree, except for the variable of specialization On this basis, the study recommended The study aims to increase the awareness and knowledge of department heads and institute managers of the prevailing organizational culture in general, and to
