Mental perception and its relationship to the level of psychological tension of football players ( u19 ) in Algeria

Abstract

The Object of the study aims to identify the relationship between mental perception and psychological tension among football players (u19). for this purpose, we used the method descriptive approach On a sample composed of (60) players, chosen as Intentional way , and for data collection, we used a tool the Martens Scale was used to measure mental perception and the Huda Jalal. After collecting the results and having treated them statistically,we conclude that there is a statistically significant inverse correlation between mental perception and the level of psychological tension among football players (u19). On this basis, the study recommended the implementation of mental trainings through providing specialists in psychological and mental preparations within the team's staff
