Abstract

The study aims to identify the problem of training towards service for university education professors and its role in refining their professional competence and its reflection on the aspects of master’s student. For this purpose, we used the descriptive approach, on a sample of 11 teachers and 30 students in the master’s phase who were chosen in a simple random way about 220 students than we choose 10%. The development of professional competence and reflected positively on students, and on this basis, the study recommended the preparation of the necessary training courses and provide them with skills, and become more effective with their students, in addition to The necessity of continuous evaluation, and the necessity of the university professor to consider the competencies preferred by students .
