The study aimed to reveal the effect of practicing modified motor activities on the self-confidence of physically disabled people. We chose the sample in a purposive manner consisting of (12) motor disabled people who practice adapted physical activities and (12) motor disabled people who do not practice them. A self-confidence scale prepared by By the researchers after arbitration. We found that people with physical disabilities who do not practice modified motor activities have a low level of self-confidence, while among those who practice it, the level of self-confidence is high. We also found statistically significant differences in the level of self-confidence between practitioners and non-practitioners in favor of the category of practitioners
