The study examined what the College of Physical Education and Sports Science offers at Baghdad University in terms of perceived organizational support for its teachers and the impact of its relationship on their scientific productivity, using the descriptive approach to its relevance to the nature of this study. The questionnaire was used as a tool to obtain the results of the study, by distributing it to a sample of 67 teachers who were randomly selected, and the data was statistically processed according to the spss program, as well On the strength of the relational relationship among them, as the enhancement of perceived organizational support increases the affiliation of teachers and continuously improves their scientific production.
