The role of knowledge management dimensions in improving the performance of human resources within sports facilities in Algeria

The study aims to identify the role of the dimensions of knowledge management in improving the performance of the human resource within the sports facilities in Algeria, and regarding this research, we followed the descriptive approach, and relied on the questionnaire as a tool to verify the results, The research sample consisted of 30 employees who were chosen by the comprehensive survey method, after collecting the results and processing them statistically, The most important conclusion was reached that knowledge management has a major role within the sports facilities sector in particular, And that the process of improving the performance of the human resource taken by the employees in the facility results from employing the technological, organizational and social dimensions of knowledge management in order to improve this performance, The most important proposal is to develop the skills of employees and provide a clear strategic vision for the facility and its objectives, by supporting effective knowledge decisions for the facility
