Abstract

The Objective of the study aims to identify The relationship between sports competition anxiety as a trait and injury rate.For this purpose, we used the Descriptive method, On a sample composed of 30 Chosen as an intentional way, and for data collection, we used a tool called Multidimensional Sports Competition Anxiety Trait Scale(SAS-2). After collecting the results and having treated them statistically, we conclude that there are statistically significant differences between the infected and the non-infected due to the level of the trait of competition anxiety and to the existence of a direct relationship with a large effect size, and therefore it is possible to predict who is at risk of injury through the level of the trait of sports competition anxiety
