The impact of the incentive system on job stability : A field study in sports facilities in the state of Al- Mughayir

Abstract

The study aims to identify the extent of the impact of the incentive system on the stability of employees of sports facilities in the state of Al-Mughayir. For this purpose, we used the descriptive approach, on a sample of 18 workers, whom we selected using a comprehensive survey method. We also used the questionnaire tool by submitting paper forms containing two axes to be answered. After collecting the results and processing them statistically, it was concluded that there is a positive effect of the incentive system, both moral and material, on the stability of employees of sports facilities in the state of Al-Mughayir.
