Evaluating the curriculum of physical education and sports in light of the competency approach and its relationship to social change

The study aims to determine the relationship between the physical education and sports curriculum of the secondary stage, and social change. For this purpose the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the sample was selected by the method of comprehensive survey of the provinces of Laghouat and Boumerdes, and the number of 186 professors A questionnaire was constructed as a research tool and by analyzing the results, we concluded that there is no positive correlation between social change and the physical and sports education curriculum. Therefore, the researcher recommends trying to link the objectives of the curriculum with social reality and the nature of society. A questionnaire was built as a research tool.
