Keywords:
Motor capacity, two: BMI, Down syndromeAbstract
Through this research, we aim to identify the differences between healthy and mentally disabled children with Down's syndrome in some motor abilities and body mass index ,We hypothesized that there were statistically significant differences between the two samples so we used the comparative descriptive méthode . We conducted a series of tests on a sample of 20 healthy students and 20 mentally disabled children with Down syndrome, the results were obtained to show the existence of statistically significant differences in most of the kinetic and mass of the bodyConsequently, the results showed that mental disability affects some motor abilities, which is in line with what we have assumed. Therefore, our results can be considered as a factor to develop special programs that serve this group and are in line with their potentials and abilities
