دور التربية البدنية و الرياضية في تنمية بعض المهارات النفسية والتوافق النفسي لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي

Abstract

The aim of this study was to know the role of the physical training and sport in the development of the individual qualifications and the mental convenience of the secondary school pupils ,thus the searcher referred to the study of two variables , thinking that they are worth studying and searching; they are the qualifications and the mental .The sample of the study involved secondary school pupils in hammam bouhadjar in the department of Ain Temouchent in the west of Algeria from 40 and 30 pupils practising physical training ,and 50 exempt pupils boys and girls . The searcher used a descriptive way, to solve the problem; he used both the measurement of the mental skills and the scale of the psychological convenience for the sake of collecting data and statisties relative to the study, and solving (treating) them statistically using appropriate statistical means. 
The searcher deduced that there were differences of the statistic level in the degree of dismissing some mental skills among the pupils practising physical training and sport boys and girls and the exempt pupils for the benefit of the pupils practising and this in
dismissing the following psychological aptitudes: the motivation of the sporting realization, the power to face anxiety, the power to relaxation, self confidence.
The were differences having statistical significance in the degree of dismissing the psychological convenience among practising and non practising boys and girls for the benefit of the practicians.
