competition, Summary Sports news informs us that today in the most developed countries a real educational organization has been set up, around the practice of physical education and sports, and this in the perspective of the preparation of future champions. In this context, many experts emphasize the complexity of the phenomena related to the training aspects of young sports talents and denounce the emphasis on early intensive training in clubs and academies, in search of short-term sports results. In Algeria, the practice of sports activities in the youth categories poses a multi-faceted problem. The lack of an educational policy adapted to preschool and primary school, makes that the school context for the moment is not favorable for a full expression of a mass juvenile schooled with the plans of the practice of EPS, thus the The training of young sports talents is managed by a coach who in most cases lacks qualifications, in search of achieving sports results at any price. As part of a reflection on this issue, we propose a sum of methodological orientations leading to the training of young sports talents.
