The aim of this study is to compare the effect of an intense and less voluminous training program and an another one which is less intense and more voluminous, in junior female judokas and senior in order to observe the particularities of their performance evolution regarding this patterns of charge. The investigation concern fourty (40) judokas, among them 20 females belonging to international level (f1) and following an intense and less voluminous training program, and twenty (20) belonging to national level (f2) following a less intense and voluminous training program. To evaluate the evolution and the comparison between this two groups international level (f1) and national level (f2), we have elaborated a battery of physical and specific tests in differents periods of macrocycle. The results of our study have shown significative statistical difference between (S1-S2),(S2-S 3) and (S1-S3) concerning general and physical tests in the group of international level(F1). This difference stay less significative in the groupe of national level(F2).
The comparison between the two groups has revealed better performance in the group of international level(F1) during the second (S2) and the third evaluation(S3) in the physical tests. But the percentage of progression is higher in the group of international level(F1) compared to the group of naional level(F2). The realized performances in general and specific tests during the second and third evaluations seem influenced by exercises intensity. The improvement result observed is explained by the high effect of an intensive and least volume charge in female judokas comparing to less intensive and more voluminous training charge.
