An analytical study of the level of awareness of the players sports teams at the University of Palestine Technical / Khadoorie to some of the concepts of food and health

This study aims at preparing the questionnaire to measure the players concepts of food, as well as recognize the reality of the concepts of food among athletes .The study was conducted on a sample of players elected to teams collective at the University of Palestine Technical / Kadoorie of (40) students were chosen the way intentional ages of (18-22) years, has conducted the study during the second quarter of 2009 / 2010.. After a statistical appropriate analysis for the study data and display the results
analyzed and discussed reach researcher that the majority of the members of the sample addresses and ate two meals a day and do not believe that cigarettes and regular medical examination after a player on the level of technical and it is necessary to provide the Center for Sports Medicine. Based on this, the researcher recommended the need to hold specialized courses and intense players and technical supervisor and administrative system for the team to illustrate the importance of food for the players and its impact on performance and achievement, as well as interest in injured player and provide the necessary treatment to him immediately after the occurrence of the injury and not allow him to continue to play and also the need for an abundant special center for sports medicine in Palestine that cares about the health status of the player and to enable clubs to conduct their examinations of medical rotating their players constantly.
