Testing the level of knowledge physical fitness among the employees of Irbid University Collage

This study aimed to identify the test of knowledge level in the physical fitness for the employees of Irbid University College. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire which consisted of (39) items including "testing
the level of knowledge in physical fitness among the employees of Irbid University Collage". It was distributed to a sample consisting of (103) male and female employees at the college, whose members have been randomly selected from the population of the study. After conducting the necessary statistical operations, the results showed: the existence of an intermediate level in nowing the physical fitness of the employees of Irbid University Collage, the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of ( α = 0.05) on the variable of (scientific qualification) for the favor of (BA and Graduate study), and the absence of statistically significant
differences at the level of (α = 0.05) at the level of physical fitness depending on the other personal variables (number of years of experience and job title). The researcher suggested a group of recommendations, notably: increasing awareness about physical
fitness, disseminating information on its importance and benefits for the social , physical and skillful health of the individual and finally holding training courses contributing to raising the level of physical fitness among employees.
