Abstract

The high rise in the level of achievement and all sport performance during recent decades came as a natural result of the use of devices, means, methods and modalities of modern training, via which we may develop the sports
training situation, to the maximum extent possible, and here was the duty of the sports coach to know how to choose the training methods that achieves the desired goal with a minimum of effort and time, and the diversity of these methods to increase the excitement of the sports who seeks to reach the highest results and high levels On this basis, the student researcher in this study try to know the "Impact of plyometric exercises on the development of the maximum strength and its relationship to the improvement of the performance level of some offensive skills to fighting karate class.(17.19Years) " The aim of this study is to identify the impact of the use of plyometric training and deep jump training on the development of the maximum strength and performance skills improvement of Karate wrestlers, and the purpose of the study was that the use of plyometric training and deep jump training, positively influenced the maximum strength and improve the technical skills level.
The study sample was made of (20 wrestler) fighting Karate Kid males from
junior class, selected intentionally, the researcher used questionnaire for data collection and physical and skills tests and the study concluded that the use of plyometric training and deep jump training has the best development of the maximum strength and improve the technical level, than traditional exercises. The study recommended to encourage students and researchers to enrich the
subject more and more accurate and the need to use the methods and modern ways for the development of muscular strength and to improve the technical level.
