MOTIVATION STRATEGEIS APPLIED by THE (MIDDLE / SENIOR) FOOTBALL COACHES IN ANNABA REGION

Abstract

The current study sought to determine the types of motivation strategies adopted by football coaches, the middle and senior class, Annaba region , The study used the descriptive analytical method, representing the study population and sample in (30) coaches, then choosing them in a deliberate way, The researcher built a questionnaire tool for the purpose of identifying and measuring motivation strategies, as the researcher used the (spss) statistical program, version 22 to process the data , The study found that there were significant differences in favor of senior coaches in material motivation and no statistically significant differences in moral motivation between middle and senior coaches
