Abstract

The Object of the study aims to identify the extent of the impact of some strategies for human resources in achieving the efficiency of the perfomance of the sports institution, for this purpose, we used the method descriptive analytical On a sample composed of 150 administrators in mult-sports offices and youth institutions Chosen as simple random, and for data collection, we used the questionnaire tool, After collecting the results and having treated them statistically, we conclude that there is an effect of some strategies (selection, appointment) for human resources in improving the performance of sports institutions to a high degree. On this basis, the study recommended working with technology and digitizing everything related to the sector to facilitate the task of managing human resources, and the need to involve executives in the selection processes of employees
