Abstract

The goal of this study is to know the performance level for teachers of Physical Education and Sport in several Institutes of Physical Education and Sport.
So، in order to reach that aim of study، the student researcher used the descriptive method with the surveying style, to answer the following question:
What is the level of performance of the professors teaching physical education and For this purpose ,we assume that, teaching performance in Physical Education and Sports University, from the perspective of teachers, is on average, within the level
and in order to reach the results the researcher built form questionnaire, which was judged by specialized professors in the field, and for the purpose of testing the accuracy and stability of the results of the questionnaire, the researcher used the way "
test application and re-apply it, " and so, on a sample of 10 professors, and then distributed in its final form on a sample of (81) among (96) permanent professors from Tissemsilt, Chlef and Om-Bouagui institutes, and after statistical treatment the following conclusions were reached:
-The great performance level of Teachers of physical education and sport, in the matter of planning and evaluation within the teaching process.
-The average performance level of teachers of physical education and sport, in the matter of realizing lessons، preparing students and making them involved.
