Abstract

The research seeks to identify the mechanism of selection of talented sports pupils in school settings, the researchers used the descriptive method by the survey, on a sample of basketball coaches; West side, (37 )trainers. The researchers used a measurement tool consisting of a questionnaire of (19) expressions divided into two axes.
