Evaluating the quality of school sports activities in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the requirements of total quality management

The study aimed to assess the quality of school sports activities in Oman in light of the requirements of total quality management. The researchers used the descriptive approach and questionnaire to collect data; And a representative sample of the community consisting of (462) male and female teachers and supervisors of school sports, and the study concluded that the level of quality of school sports activities in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the requirements of total quality management was average with an arithmetic mean as a whole for the scale amounted to (3.23) and a standard deviation of (0.51). The results of the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) due to gender variables in favor of female teachers, job variable in favor of teachers, and academic qualification variable in favor of bachelor’s holders, and one of the
most important recommendations was to use the results of the study for improvement and development.
