Abstract

The Object of the study aims to identify the degree of the efficieny of repeated training for deveoping the speed of transition and the accurracy of targeting amo,g the players of football of the category of mess than 17 years old. for this purpose, we used the method of trying on a saaple composed of 12 players chosen as an intentional way, and for data collection, we used a tool of testing brazilian teams and overlapping rectangles After collecting the results and having treated them statistically, we conclude that there is differencess between Pre-measurement and post-measurement for the transitional speed and the accuracy of targeting for the dake of post-measurement On this basis, the study recommended .for the use of the repeated training for developing the transitional speed and targeting.
