The study aims to identify the effectiveness of the method of the American Association for Swimming Training in developing speed endurance and the completion time of 400m swimming, where we used the method experimentally on a sample consisting of 08 swimmers chosen intentionally, and to collect data we used the physical tests tool after collecting the results and processing them statistically, it was concluded that there is Statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of speed endurance and the time of completion of the 400-meter freestyle and in favor of the post-measurement. On this basis, the study recommended the use of the (ASCA) method to develop the endurance of speed and the time of performance of the 400-m freestyle
