Aims and Scope

The main goal of the journal is to contribute to the development of scientific research in the field of sciences and technologies of physical and sports activities, by promoting original studies that integrate theoretical and practical approaches, and by providing an academic platform for discussion among professors, researchers, and postgraduate students.

The journal covers a wide range of topics, including:

Sciences and technologies of physical and sports activities;

Sports training and movement sciences;
Exercise physiology;
Sports psychology and sociology;
Physical and sports education;
Modern technologies in the sports field;
Sports management and administration;
Sports medicine and injury prevention;
Health education and preventive physical activity;
Research methodology in sports sciences.

The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary and applied research connecting physical activity to related domains such as health, education, nutrition, artificial intelligence, and technological innovation in sports.
