The effect of the application of a moderate physical load on certain physiological indicators in adolescents (11-14 years)

This study aims to shed light on differentiations in functional development during the pre-pubertal period and to define the role of physical activity in accelerating this development process.. Our sample consists of a first group of adolescents (11-14 years old) practicing physical activity in the school setting and a second group of non-athletic teenagers of the same age group. as FC, VO2, CV, lactic acid, blood pressure, After obtaining, analyzing and interpreting our results, our study goes on to conclusions confirming the positive impact of physical activity on the process of functional development in adolescents, period as am: the first period is that of (11-12 years) and the second is that ( 13-14 years). This classification reflects the particulars of each developmental period assisting in the planning of training programs and appropriate physical loads for the acceleration of developmental processes in our adolescents (11-14years).
