Abstract

The research aimed to experiment with rehabilitation exercises accompanying the injection technique for people with shoulder
tendinitis, and the limits of the research community were represented by squash players and the effectiveness of young discus throwing, for the sports season (2023/2024), which numbered (10) athletes and distributed by nature into two groups, and each group has (5) athletes, and certainly there are differences between the measurements of the two groups in terms of the strength element that discus shooters enjoy from squash players and some anthropometric specifications, so there is no equivalence process between the pre-tribal tests between the two groups, as well as no To compare between the two groups in the post-dimensional tests for the different requirements of each effectiveness, but the researchers The research aimed to experiment with rehabilitation exercises accompanying the injection technique for people with shoulder tendinitis, and the limits of the research community were represented by squash players and ( he effectiveness of young discus throwing, for the sports season (2023/2024), which numbered (10) athletes and distributed by nature into two groups, and each group has (5) athletes, and certainly there are differences between the measurements of the two groups in terms of the strength element that discus shooters enjoy from squash players and some anthropometric specifications, so there is no equivalence process between the pre-tribal tests between the two groups, as well as no To compare between the two groups in the post-dimensional tests for the different requirements of each effectiveness, but the researchers deliberately to compare the pre-dimensional for each group alike and the researchers concluded from their research that the injection of rich plasma technology (PRP) two doses between one dose and another (10) days accompanied by rehabilitation exercises The clear impact in the treatment of shoulder tendinitis injury, and that the exercises prepared according to mechanical conditions have a significant impact on improving the range of motion of the shoulder joint, and therefore the researchers recommend applying these exercises and this technique on a sample Other infected
