This study aimed to identify kinesthetic perceptionits relevance to obesity among primary schools students in Mukalla. Moreover, it sought to find out the differences in kinesthetic perceptionbetween the fat and very fat studentswith reference to the study variables. The study sample was chosen purposefully and it consisted of primary schools students in Mukalla with a total number of (259)students who study in (15)schools. The researchers used the experimental method as it is considered more suitable for achieving the study purpose. The researchers conducted statistical treatments using the means, standard deviation, percentage and Pearson correlation coefficient and "T-Test" for independent samples.
The study findings indicated that there is a correlation betweenkinesthetic perceptionand obesity, especially in the sense of emptiness in vertical line, the sense of dominant foot, the sense of distance in the horizontal jumping, and the sense of distance in the vertical jumping. However, there is no correlative relationship between theobesity and the sense of emptiness in the horizontal flinging movements, and the sense of emptiness in the horizontal line. Besides, the study findings have revealed that there are
statistical differences in kinesthetic perceptionbetween the fat and the very fat students in favor ofthe fat ones. Consequently, theresearchers have recommendedthat students should practice sport exercises that help them lose weight and increase the sense of emptiness in the horizontal flinging movements, and the sense of emptiness in horizontal line
