The current transformations known by the media, both old and new, open a public space fueled by the contents of a culture whose participation varies between ideological, intellectual, psychological and social backgrounds without barriers (gatekeepers) select the quality of communication messages, In front of this digital stream, which does not reach a single homogeneous audience, but different age groups and multiple cultural and intellectual backgrounds, but the most vulnerable and vulnerable category remains the category of children and adolescents, most of whom do not have the tools to analyze and understand these messages, In the face of the intertwining of the active roles in how to control the outputs of this communication pattern, we must present an integrated strategy among the actors of media education based on the first social cell (family) that prepares the child to this outside world. To give everyone an opportunity to accompany the development of the child's critical goodness and to inspect it without placing responsibility on other actors and playing their roles.
