Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening. Manuscripts that meet the journal’s academic and editorial requirements are evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers through a double-blind peer-review process.
Open Access and Licensing
The journal provides immediate and unrestricted open access to all published articles. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
Publication Charges
The journal does not charge authors any submission, processing, peer-review, or publication fees. All stages of manuscript evaluation and publication are free of charge.
