Problems of reception in the Algerian media, What relation between the receiver and the multimedia content

Receive studies are based on the recipient, as he is the real actor in producing semantics. Attention is focused on knowing the fate of the message after the audience has received it, by focusing on the relationship of the message with the recipient. In the same context, this article attempts to find an answer to a central question linked to the nature of the relationship between the Algerian recipient and the media content broadcast by satellite channels in general and Algerian channels in particular. In order to understand how the public reads messages and interpret their contents, and how to decode and give meanings to them.
