Abstract

The study aimed to investigate communication crises between students and professors within the relationships formed in the university environment. It focused on understanding the nature of these relationships, the most common communication crises, their causes, and their negative impacts.


The study found that the relationships between students and professors in the university setting are diverse, taking various forms, directions, and levels. It also highlighted that communication, interaction, and engagement between them are weak. The most common communication crises include absenteeism from lectures, cheating during exams, protests, and academic dishonesty.
