Abstract

This analytical study explores the role of digital public relations in building the mental image of the Constantine State Security through its Facebook page. The content analysis tool was applied, by analyzing the page's posts,  the results reached the use of multi-media communication strategies, with a focus on the identifying elements of the corporate identity in a decent and attractive way to consolidate its image with the public, in addition to the most widely used language, which is Arabic, and its self-sources, with the content focusing on security topics, which were presented with various persuasive uses, which formed a positive impression of it among the general public and enhanced their confidence in it. Accordingly, digital public relations play a role in shaping the mental image of the institution under study..
