Abstract

Media practice in various countries of the world is based on a set of principles and ethical principles established by states, governments, regional blocs within the codes of honor or moral principles of journalistic work. The latter requires the journalist to be ethical and responsible for his or her professional performance. Although it is often agreed in some principles, the difference lies in the privacy of the country and the means of media in terms of nature and purpose of media work.
In this paper we will attempt to highlight the most important changes in the media practice of television channels after their integration with the new media technology through the following forms: What are the developments in the media practice in Algeria under the new legislation and laws ?
