Abstract

This research paper seeks to analyze the dialectic of publishing shocking photos in the digital environment & electronic media between the necessity of using as an integral part of the news story & news value that supports its credibility, consecrates freedom of expression and often embodies the scoop & between the social responsibility of the journalist based on not violating the privacy and personal freedoms of individuals & the avoid damaging them. It concluded that the legal determinants & rights, also the rationality must be taken into consideration while dealing with this type of photos
