Environmental awareness on social media in Algeria an analytical study of a page of Algerian Forestes on Facebook

Abstract
This study aimed to link the topic of the environment to the new media by addressing electronic environmental media and environmental awareness through social media sites by focusing on the Facebook application, where an analytical study was conducted on a sample of Algerian environmental pages and its contents of meaningful media seeking to preserve the environment and working to develop environmental awareness as a key requirement for achieving sustainable development.
The researcher started from a problem and research questions that used the descriptive method with the content analysis tool for the page "Algerian forests" available via Facebook, to answer them and show the relationship between electronic environmental media and environmental awareness.
